I would like to Return the Items?
That’s Sad. 🙁  Please Provide us relevant ratings so we can improve.
No worries, we offer a full refund in case of returns. You can ask for Store credits in "AwesomePanda" Account or money back in your bank account.

You can initiate the Return within 7 days of receiving your package. 

  1. Pick up of order items within 24-48 working hrs. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in package received.
  2. Your Return package will be delivered to us within 5-7 days. The Items are then checked by our QC team and the refund is initiated within 24hrs.
  3. Return Process Timeline: 5-7 days
  4. IMPORTANT: The items need to be unused, tags intact and unaltered. In case the above conditions are not met the Return request will not be accepted.

FULL CASH REFUND

We have a 100% cash refund policy on prepaid and COD orders.

Store credits are automatically applied to your account & can be applied during checkout. If you face any issue while applying store credit please write to care@poandpanda.com

I would like to Exchange my items?

Do not like the colour? Or the size doesn’t fit? Want some other product in place of the one you ordered? No worries. We offer 1-time complimentary Size exchange or Product exchange for any of our orders. 

You can initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. 

  1. Pick up of order items within 24-48 working hours. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in the package received. 
  2. The new package is shipped by us containing the new items and delivered to you.
  3. Exchange Process Timeline: 3-5 days
  4. IMPORTANT: The items need to be unused, tags intact and unaltered. In case the above conditions are not met the exchange request will not be accepted.
